Vice President, RISE BU
Sabah is a sophomore in the Seven-Year Accelerated Medical Program at Boston University. She is pursuing a major in medical science as well as a minor in psychology. While visiting Bangladesh, she heard of and saw multiple acid attack victims who struggled to make a living. Despite the fact that acid violence also occurs in the United States, it is almost never discussed, which inspired Sabah to join RISE and help advocate for acid attack survivors.
In addition to RISE, Sabah is part of the Asian Student Union at Boston University and hopes to join more student organizations this coming year. She also is involved in medical volunteering in her hometown. In her free time, Sabah enjoys reading, baking, and doing creative projects, such as painting and drawing.
