Representative, RISE

Julie Bukirwa is an acid attack survivor from Uganda. The reason why Julie joined RISE is because the organization gave her hope that even though so many things have happened to her, she is still useful in this world. RISE supported her idea of making crafts by purchasing her crafts and searching for a market for them. RISE has also helped her to fulfill her dream of  constructing her own house.
